Will write up another nice "how to get started" bit for use here soon, but for those that forgot the link to download the the Mini-Edit tool is at www.itsware.net/miniedit Read the old notes on how to install for the first time if you need them.

Keep in mind this forum only deals with standards applications  
ITS is both HUGE and diverse
Start with the FHWA Joint Program Office (JPO) for days of useful reading.
